Custom Software Sales Professional

We are looking for a client-focused Senior Software Sales Executive with strong experience in custom technology solutions, product strategy and service design to join our Arizona team. You will be a vital member of a team that provides best in class technology services to our clients - whether it is strategy, digital design and content, user experience or software development.

The Role:

  • Your role is to help companies and organizations make smarter decisions, get better insights and move faster, pitching fresh and innovative ideas to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and the ability to meet sales and commission targets
  • Provide updates on sales progress weekly and monthly
  • Collaborate with marketing to identify and grow opportunities within market and product segments
  • Possess a clear understanding of agile software development projects from idea to market, outlined in Vincit’s Buyer’s Guide
  • Be accustomed to working with different levels of your prospects organizations, as well as presenting in front of an executive-level audience 
  • Come with contacts at various companies that could be in need of software solutions for their business
  • You are not afraid of the business development aspect of your work, and you have the ability to grow your business portfolio outside of current Vincit partnerships
  • You have a solid grasp of how technology works and are comfortable discussing the parameters around custom technical solutions
  • You align with Vincit’s two KPI’s: Employee Happiness and Client Satisfaction. Growth, profitability and gross sales are byproducts of the two KPI’s implemented well 
  • Your friends describe you as an active, educated and well-spoken achiever with lots of ambition to make an impact, and drive for admirable results

Necessary Experience

  • Proven work experience within a business development, sales or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Pipedrive, Salesforce or HubSpot)
  • An awareness of creative processes and technical applications – including digital platforms
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to pursue multiple prospect leads at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Ability to travel
